ABOUT GANGADHAR KRISHNA : His kaleidoscopic career spans a multitude of industries - travel, airlines, retail, banking, courier services and credit management, spreading over different countries such as India, Australia and U.A.E. Having felt the pulse of the customer, he started freelance writing, penning articles for newspapers and magazines and soon launched his personal portal www.delightingcustomers.com.
